Qualified small and emerging businesses can access free legal services through the Center for Law and Entrepreneurship, sponsored by the University of Oregon.

Legal services include:
  • Entity formation
  • Bylaws
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Leases
  • Employment contracts
  • Independent contractor agreements
  • Other legal services involving business transactions
Services are provided by third-year law students, under the supervision of a practicing Oregon attorney. Space is limited. Call the U of O at (541) 346-0037 to get your name on the waiting list.
