.NET Windows Application Devlopment Series A Two-module series were students can choose to develop Dynamic Windows Applications in either Visual Basic .NET or C# Sharp .NET. In this workshop students learn Windows Application development techniques utilizing the .NET 2.0 Framework, MSDN Library, and SQL Server relational databases. Students will also gain skills in developing and managing Windows Forms applications, Services applications, and class libraries; moreover, this series also includes an in-depth exposure to SQL Server relational databases, application debugging, and event driven programming. Module 1: Basics Take this workshop for an introduction to Windows Application Development using the latest Microsoft® Visual Basic or C# Development platforms, .NET Class Framework, and SQL Server relational databases. This fi rst workshop is designed for students who are familiar with Windows Application development, but are not familiar with the .NET Framework; and those students familiar with similar application programming tools looking to expand their knowledge of Microsoft® Tools and Technologies. Module 2: Intermediate Module 2 is a continuation of Module 1 with real-world examples and practical, hands-on lab experience with the .NET Framework. Module 2 also provides a deeper understanding of how and where Windows programming technologies are used; and includes an in-depth exposure to SQL Server database development, Windows Services, and event driven programming. This second workshop is designed for students who are familiar with Windows Application development utilizing Microsoft Visual Developer tools or students who have completed the .NET Windows Application development, Module 1, workshop. |
