W4 Information Responsibilities Oregon uses the federal for W4 in lieu of its own withholding tax certificate. Learn how to complete this form as well as the criteria for sending W4s to Revenue and the importance of the FEIN written on the W4. Also learn how the W4s are handled once Revenue receives them and the importance of honoring the determination letters and what the employee can do if they disagree with the decision. - Offered through the Oregon Department of Revenue. |
