KEYS to Business (Knowledge & Experience Is Your Success)

Programs

You can jump-start your new business by learning from seasoned entrepreneurs while building your network and learning from other business professionals in the class. Specifically designed for entrepreneurs of all levels in the first 18 months of business.

Subjects will include:
  • implementation of business systems
  • financial/business planning
  • sales and marketing
  • personnel management
  • leadership (internal and external)
  • and additional topics tailored to the needs of the class.
The program runs fall, winter, and spring terms with classroom sessions twice a month (first and third Wednesdays, 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm) and one-on-one coaching once a month. Classes are a mixture of lecture, guest speakers, group discussion, and activities. The one-on-one time is designed to fast-track implementation of key concepts and provides support to grow your business.
