Agriculture and Horticulture Programs Ross Penhallegon, Horticulture Specialist and Instructor Gene Hamacher, Business Advisor and Instructor  A joint partnership with OSU Extension Services and Lane Community College Business Development Center that helps farm businesses achieve family and business goals through improved management, organization, and improved horticulture capacity.Farm Business Management and Horticulture Program A year-long series of Nine classes, plus one-on-one advising. The Farm Business Management and Horticulture Program is designed to help farm businesses achieve family and business goals through improved management, organization, and improved horticulture capacity. The program contains classroom training, practical applications, and one-on-one farm visits for farming issues. This new program takes two excellent programs and combines them into one for the benefit of local growers and farmers. Designed for full-time or part-time farm operators and managers who want to build and improve the business side of their enterprise. All family members are encouraged to participate. Classes are designed to provide you with current, practical information and a structure to apply it. Class Topics Include:
